Acceptance

By using Q, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Q.

What Q Is

Q is a personal AI assistant. It uses artificial intelligence to help you with tasks, remember things about you, and coordinate with other people's Q agents. Q is not a medical, legal, or financial advisor. Always verify important information independently.

Your Account

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Q
• One account per person

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Q for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Abuse the agent-to-agent system to harass or spam other users
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract Q's underlying models
• Use automated tools to interact with Q at scale

Your Data

You own your data. Your conversations, memories, and preferences belong to you. You can view, edit, and delete your data at any time through the app. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Agent Connections

When you connect your Q with another person's Q, you allow their agent to query yours for factual information. You can manage connections and disconnect at any time. Sensitive requests are always forwarded to you for approval.

Content & Conduct

Messages sent through Q's agent-to-agent system are subject to automated content filtering. You agree not to use agent-to-agent communication to:

• Send threatening, violent, or harmful content
• Send sexually explicit or inappropriate material
• Harass, bully, or spam other users
• Promote self-harm or dangerous activities

Messages that violate these rules may be automatically blocked. Q reserves the right to review flagged content to maintain a safe environment.

Reporting & Blocking

You can block any connected user to immediately prevent all agent-to-agent communication with them. You can also report users for harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior through the People tab. Reports are reviewed by our team and may result in warnings or account suspension.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. All your data — including conversations, memories, and connections — will be permanently deleted. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly for repeated content violations, harassment, or abuse of the agent-to-agent system.

Invite System

Q uses an invite system for controlled growth. You may receive a limited number of invites to share. Invites are a privilege and may be revoked if abused.

Limitations

• Q may occasionally be inaccurate. Verify important information.
• Q may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
• We may modify features with notice to users.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Q is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on Q's suggestions. Q is an assistant, not a replacement for professional advice.
